Use:N- methylmorpholine is used as a catalyst for polyester polyurethane soft block foam in the polyurethane industry. N-methylmorpholine is mainly used as solvent (it is an excellent solvent for dyes, caseol, wax and shellac, etc.), extractant, stabilizer of chlorohydrocarbon, analytical reagent, catalyst, corrosion inhibitor, N-methylmorpholine is also used in the synthesis of rubber accelerators and other fine chemicals, N-methylmorpholine is also used as a polyurethane catalyst, Catalyst for synthesis of aminobenzillin and hydroxybenzyl penicillin. N-methylmorpholine can be synthesized by oxidation of hydrogen peroxide. It is the spinning solvent of Lyocell (commonly known as tencel) and Newcell man-made fiber filament, which are currently known as "green fibers". It can also be used as a solvent for the production of plant casings.
